I received a sorry we missed you card today. I phoned the toll number before 4:30pm and was on hold for more than 30 minutes. I was told that I could pick my parcel up between 6-7pm tonight in Ballina, and that I would receive a text message with the address. I did not receive a text message, so I called again around 5:50pm and again had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to tell me that I had to wait for a text message with the address and that they were unable to assist me. I waited and waited and it is now 8:20pm and I still have not heard anything. Also they did not allow me to leave any feedback after the telephone conversation. Not impressed with the service as now I have to wait till next Monday (over the weekend) to get my parcel.
A Joke of the millionth degree. After a month sitting at the Grafton Depot, I finally find the parcel has been waiting in Grafton NSW, no one contacted no nothing. Things are rich when you have to find your parcel that you are paying for. Pick your game up.
