Appalling Service

I received a sorry we missed you card today. I phoned the toll number before 4:30pm and was on hold for more than 30 minutes. I was told that I could pick my parcel up between 6-7pm tonight in Ballina, and that I would receive a text message with the address. I did not receive a text message, so I called again around 5:50pm and again had to wait more than 30 minutes for them to tell me that I had to wait for a text message with the address and that they were unable to assist me. I waited and waited and it is now 8:20pm and I still have not heard anything. Also they did not allow me to leave any feedback after the telephone conversation. Not impressed with the service as now I have to wait till next Monday (over the weekend) to get my parcel.

Absolutely Useless

The driver left a "Sorry I missed you" card without bothering to write the consignment number, receivers name or booking reference number. The drivers No. was illegible. The only people that I could speak to were in the Philippines and couldn't deal with anything beyond a script in front of them. Toll would not supply the number of the local depot for me to try to call and figure out what was going on. If you thought Aus post were bad, these guys will make them look like angels.

I have been waiting on the phone for over 20 minutes regards a missed delivery. On contacting the Lismore office I was informed the office shut at 3 pm, the 1300 number in some overseas country I was informed they are open until 6 pm. It has now been 30 minutes
