Words cannot describe my horrible experience with this company. They installed a split system in my investment property. I got a quote and verbal confirmation on the locations of my indoor and outdoor air con units. When job was done I received pictures and everything was in the wrong place. The indoor unit was so high that you would need an extension ladder just to clean the filters (it was meant to be at top of door level). I rang them and asked why this had happened and they said they let my tenant dictate where everything was going. As an electrician myself I would never install something just because the tenants of a property told me to. It is the property owner who has the right to decide this. When talking to the company on the phone he called me a 'f**ing snotty know it all 25 year old' and verbally abused me for asking why his company stuffed up my job.
