When booking they didnt mention the 1hr charge for a call-out, plus hourly rate. The technician was good and solved the issue quickly, but value for money was low. Would not recommend to friends

Hello Wal, I am sorry you feel you never received value for money, I have gone over the invoice in question and a brief analysis of the charges shows me our technician was on site for 1.15 minutes and in this time he serviced 4 air conditioners and repaired 1, the call out charge covered the first 1/2 hour and after that you where charged in 15 minute intervals, the charge for cleaning cloth of $9.00 may not have been completely clear as this also took into account the cleaning product used in the service of your 4 units, I wish you had of received the call out charge information that we would normally give to our customers, I do thank you for your review as we will be using this example to improve our future service.
