“We are new members to the Club so I invited friends to come for lunch. Four of us had steak & unfortunately the sauces were mixed up with one medium which was rare. The staff did change the sauce but obviously they just scraped it off & there was residue on the chips so my friend could not eat her meal. Overall staff are accommodating but a little disappointed overall !”

“What a lovely evening once again at the Helensvale Tavern. We are regular patrons of the Tavern over a number of years. We feel we should make a comment in regard to the service we receive. One staff member in particular has always demonstrated an efficient and very pleasant contact with all her customers. We appreciate her consideration and the lovely reception we get on every visit to your establishment by the lovely Sarah. In these days Sarah is an example of what service is, in every respect. PS: The meals are great. Regards The two oldies”

Club HelensvaleStaff were trying their best.When our food came,only half came out then 20minutes later the rest came out,it was cold.No point saying anything,staff were to busy.The whole time we were there our table was not cleared,I looked around and no tables were being cleared.Must give a shout out to the barman they made lovely cocktails.
