“I took my iPhone 12 into the store thinking I needed a new battery as the phone was getting hot and the battery was draining quickly. Rather than just selling me the battery they ran some diagnostics and provided advice about how to fix the issue. Very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely return.”

Technically I couldn't ask for a better service. However follow up on progress of work on my computer was all one sided by me.Techs are spread very thinly over a number of repair shop locations with closed shop days at various locations extending lack of co Info on what's happening and when ,or if , repairs can be completed . A short communications course for techs covering progress reporting and follow up would pay terrific dividends to what is still a very reliable computer repair and sales business.
