“I took my iPhone 12 into the store thinking I needed a new battery as the phone was getting hot and the battery was draining quickly. Rather than just selling me the battery they ran some diagnostics and provided advice about how to fix the issue. Very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely return.”

Brilliant customer service when dealing with issues/mistakes. Mick, who I spoke with on the phone was sincere and apologetic when he heard of the mix up that my fridge wasn’t going to be delivered today. I had ordered food to be delivered from Woolworths tomorrow that had to be refrigerated so if I didn’t get the fridge we would have been screwed and out of food till Tuesday. The boss made sure it was delivered this afternoon and by himself personally. Can’t not thank them all enough!
