“I took my iPhone 12 into the store thinking I needed a new battery as the phone was getting hot and the battery was draining quickly. Rather than just selling me the battery they ran some diagnostics and provided advice about how to fix the issue. Very honest, professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely return.”

Jaycar Authorised Stockist–Nambour MegatronicsDealt with Michael in the bedding section, and what an absolute gem, I have dealt with salesmen in this store before, but have never received such a wonderful, knowledgeable experience. I did buy a bedroom suite from Michael, because it was an absolute pleasure to deal with someone so genuine. Salesmen like this are the reason customers either come back or go somewhere else, Michael was the reason I came back. Thank you Michael for your wonderful, outstanding customer service. Kim.

Harvey Norman MaroochydoreTechnically I couldn't ask for a better service. However follow up on progress of work on my computer was all one sided by me.Techs are spread very thinly over a number of repair shop locations with closed shop days at various locations extending lack of co Info on what's happening and when ,or if , repairs can be completed . A short communications course for techs covering progress reporting and follow up would pay terrific dividends to what is still a very reliable computer repair and sales business.

Dynamic Data & SecurityThe iMend crew are the absolute best. Their knowledge on everything is top rate as is their GOLD STAR customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for Aaron in assisting me with my phone & technology woes. He had the patience of a Saint 😇 lol. I have since purchased a fabulous refurbished phone on this visit & I am one extremely happy customer who won't go anywhere else for purchases, minor or major repairs, advice, or even basics like screen protectors, phone cases, cables etc. I highly recommend everyone else also support this long standing local business too as they really do deserve our support.
