The friendly, efficient Ella Holland takes the phone calls and does the work. My printer would not work and I could not find the driver, despite being very efficient at such things. She was no mucking about, had the hard to find right Aust. phone number and quickly got the driver downloaded and the phone number of the company's software technician number for future use if needed. Reinstalled it and did a quick system health and repair - all for a very modest price. Lovely person -knew what she had to do and be quick about it. At last I have someone I can trust with my used-every-day Windows 11 computer.
