Jason was great. He helped me recover data I had thought was lost after water damage to my macbook. Great service and price, extremely professional.

i was at this business and they did an amazing job, did not charge quote fee and had loaned me a laptop while fixing mine that 2 other stores said could not be repaired and my data was gone. But Jason fixed it. there was another nasty client there who had had a quote and gone ahead with his repair. his review here is under David i believe. He wanted a new battery and a reload done for free on top of his repair and admited they were pre exising to the logic board failure. his language was very bad and he was very aggressive. I had to say something here as Jason did a great job and i have dealt with him on 5 occasions and only seen very happy clients. He sticks to quotes and is very smart with his knowledge of Mac repair. To this David, treat people with respect and us better language around my children and people in general.

Quoted a price, laptop returned not working We sent it back charged another 25% and refused to give us the laptop unless we paid

What a great tech guy. Fast officiant clear and good at what he does. Oh and he gets the job done.
