Just phoned coolrite! absolutely disgusted with the costumer service.
Had an air con service in February 2021,I have just used the cooling system with it being hot the last few days.
When the guy came to service the two air cons the smaller one had the pipe that took the water out from the air con into the garage said he could move that and put it through the roof to go into the gutters.
Guess what it is not going into the gutters, its all over my lounge suit, and going inside the walls to the garage floor.
The lady I spoke to said we cant do anything till after Xmas! instead of making it a priority! and the management will ph you.
Their mistake cant use the air con, according to the lady on the desk! its my fault because I don't use it regularly and probably coursed a blockage! Really

My experience with Alpine was amazing! My Chiq fridge, purchased via Appliances Online, was not working properly after only 10 months, so I was referred to Alpine to book a technician. This process only took 2 days from my first phone call to the technician attending - which, considering how close to Xmas it is, was absolutely incredible! The customer service throughout the process was second to none and the technician, Will, was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He even confirmed some warranty details on my fridge which I was not aware of previously.
