A total let down. I was referred by friends to this enterprise. They attended my home to inspect for a ducted system. No major problems were raised and the technician advised he would have a quote to me within a week or by 22.12.20. Nothing was received. On 10.01.21, I emailed an enquiry to FernAir chasing my quote only to receive a dismissive response that they had decided my job did not fit into their ‘operational’ position for 2021. So unprofessional. One would think a business of this nature would have forward planning and would not have wasted my valuable professional time away from my busy office in 12.20 if they considered they could not take on extra business for 2021. My take away is they simply lack the expertise ; they certainly lack professionalism. I count myself lucky not being placed in a position where I had engaged them!

Carefully planned, the installation went smoothly and on schedule, and while at the house Mark also serviced our main air conditioning unit.
