Very poor customer focus. Requested an hourly quote - a simple exercise - but 4 days later still no response.

couldnt tell me if a franchisee in my area could even call me back or not. suggested i call other cleaning businesses in case they didnt call me. terrible customer service

House not cleaned to standard. Mop had seen better days. Dusting was poor. Overcharged on time not spent working. The owner of Housekeeping Heaven didnt make contact or reimburse the overcharged amount. SCAM ALERT.

We have had DS Cleaning Services do a couple of bond cleans for us and we have received our full bond back every time. We even received a compliment from the real estate wishing every cleaner could do such a good job. We received a reasonable quote in a good time frame and they even organised our carpet cleaning for us. I highly recommend DS Cleaning Services for a stress free bond clean.
