As a return customer I expected the same service a slightly higher price not 120% more. When booking I spoke to the staff member and pulled up my previous invoice (5years ago because of covid and not being able to be in my home) and asked should it be close to this price or touch higher. I was told yes it would. THEY NEVER STATED THERE WAS A CHANGE IN OWNER AND DOUBLE THE COSTS. They then un-installed my blinds, the new owner said they won't do one that is 2 story high ( previously cleaned) and then sent the invoice the day they were to reinstall. THE COST IS 120% MORE AND ONE LESS BLIND. When I called to complain they said it was because its a change in owner and higher costs and if I didn't pay it they would not return my blinds. I was being held hostage as I had guests coming in the following day and feel this company is unprofessional and fraudulent. DO NOT USE- I WON'T.

What is the process involved in cleaning your blinds?

You don’t have to do anything. Amazing Clean will take the blinds down in the morning and ultrasonically clean them at their factory before bringing the blinds back to your premises and re-hanging them on the same day.

What is the process involved in cleaning my curtains?

Curtains can be cleaned on-site, while still hanging, using Amazing Clean’s low-moisture system so that there is no loss of colour or shrinkage. In some cases, it may be necessary to remove the curtains for cleaning back at the factory.
