Another area of special interest is chronic health issues such as IBS, CFS, Lupus etc - and can offer homeopathic support to help the symptoms associated with these health problems. Louise has been meditating for nearly 20 years and is an experienced meditation facilitator. Her meditation classes are very popular and offer something for both beginners and experienced meditators. She also offer full and half day workshops as well as retreats twice a year. Louise is also a Reiki Master and offers reiki sessions, which can also be combined with guided meditations to help you to get into a state of healing and total relaxation.
