I am a Counsellor, providing individual, couple, and child counselling services online and in-person, with a background in Education and Psychology. I have over 10 years of experience working within an Attachment Theory framework. I assist holistically by incorporating interventions such as person-centred, Narrative Therapy, CBT, Trauma-informed, and Play Therapy. I work with a variety of issues including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, child and adolescent issues, postpartum support, and couples counselling. I am a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) which regulates Psychotherapists and Counsellors codes of ethics and conduct and I regularly participate in clinical supervision.

Anna and Andrea, co-founders and owners have carefully considered and selected every element you see when you arrive. Reception has been designed to feel like your lounge room, a place where you can relax, take in a deep breath, and forget about everything. Friends sit and chat together before and after class, read, enjoy a coffee, or just have a quiet moment to catch their breath. Studio 1 is a beautiful light-filled studio, featuring floor to ceiling windows, sheer curtains, and the most beautiful morning sunshine. We have a gorgeous 9 metre long ballet barre, hand-crafted yoga table made from reclaimed timber, and custom-built shelves containing all our props for Yoga, Mat Pilates and Barre classes. Studio 2 is the home of our 10 Reformer machines. We love our Merrithew SPX Max and V2 Reformers; with Anna’s dad Ralph servicing and cleaning them every week so the work perfectly for every class. Each reformer has its own box, maple pole and jumpboard so we can offer variety and modifications for every session. Down the hallway you will find three treatment rooms; these are the home for our resident Osteopath and Mental Health Counsellors.

Matilda Mandic is a Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience, specialising in children, adolescents and families. She is experienced in assessment, diagnosis and the treatment of a wide range of clinical psychology issues (including developmental, behavioural and emotional difficulties such as anxiety, depression, attentional problems, autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disability, learning difficulties and trauma). The Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) framework is tailored to the meet the unique needs of each indidividual client ensuring the best fit possible. She works collaboratively with clients using evidence based practice. Matilda works to ensure that each client is supported adequately to: *manage their presenting problem in the most effective manner, *ensure they are provided with strategies, increase their independence, coping and confidence in self, and *recognise signs to support prevention of further escalation. A wide range of assessment, diagnostic and therapeutic services are available to address a range of personal and/or mental health issues aiming to improve the client’s general wellbeing. Matilda provides a friendly, reliable, and supportive service that caters to the needs of this special client base. Services are provided from birth to 25 years of age, assisting them through life’s hurdles and key developmental periods.
