The BEST Cat Boarding & Catteries in Whitsundays QLD

We have been so impressed with Bowen Pet Motel and the care shown to all of the animals. The facility is very secure and each pet is known and loved whilst in Peter and Joanne’s care. They were easily contactable in business hours and always very friendly, helpful, and professional. This has been the best kennel experience and we highly recommend them to all we speak to! I would not hesitate to trust them with my babies again.

How amazing are these people? A short-term visitor had to be extended without notice and other than a check-in call to see if everything was ok, these people made things happen for myself and my friend without so much as a whisper of frustration. Very reasonably priced, clean and tidy, giving me no reason to complain whatsoever. Toured their facilities briefly on drop-off- everything was clean, friendly with a calm and happy-go-lucky environment. Extra credit for them having a great sense of humour when things were a struggle on my end. Ben & Lucy, you are true gems and are amazing!! Charters Towers is SO lucky to have you. Our visit was after a friend's recommendation after having had their puddytat there and highly commending them for having 'real' cat toys like boxes, secure shelves and plenty of hiding spots with regular human interaction. 1000/10
