Brian arrived on time, coming from Rocky to Tannum Sands, too install insulation in our roof. His quote was the best. The job was completed, in a timely fashion, he was very respectful and courtesy. He did a very professional job. Highly recommend Brian's work.

I called John from RV Central on a Thursday afternoon regarding our damaged awning, which occurred the previous day. We took our van in on Friday for it to be assessed and we're advised a replacement awning was needed. The following Wednesday the new awning had arrived and fitted. The staff, Ian and Debbie, were the most helpful people I have come across during our travel. 10/10 for customer service and speedy and professional installation. Do not trust them with your van. My van Newlands van, that was purchased from them was booked in for a week. During that time they needed to replace a water damaged wall (due to shower not being sealed correctly), repair a window (at my expense) that I spoke to them about on 2 occasions and a list of warranty items. After 11 days they attempted to fix the wall but the repair job was poor quality workmanship, did nothing about the window and most items on the list they claimed no problem. I have since provided photo/video proof to Concept and the dealer. I have offered 2 days to fix everything but they want 2 days just to fix their poor quality attempt to fix the wall. I live fulltime in the van and can't afford another motel stay
