I paid for a full detail on my car. . . My car did not get a full detail. The bull bar had not been polished, the leather had not been cleaned, they had not cleaned under the seats, the headlights had not been polished and the windscreen still had smears on it. But the guy running the show that day was very apologetic and polite. However his excuse of "we are really busy" . . . does not work for me, I paid for a full detail.
