After he finished he explained that the job included a 12 month warranty and to ring if I have any problems. I would highly recommend this company for pest control. After a very unpleasant experience with another pest controller from Grafton, I asked Mark to finish the job. He was kind, efficient and didn't charge me an arm or a leg. He only had to come once. German cockroach problem solved. After over a year, I am still free of German Cockroaches. It's now time for my annual treatment and will be hiring Mark of Yamba Pest Control again. I highly recommend Mark, especially if you have had a nasty contractor in the past. He has a way to make you feel that everything is going to be ok, is under control, and you are not at fault if you need a second treatment for a bad infestation.
