Independent Building Reports engages Bruce Zillman as its Building Consultant. He is a Qualified Licensed Builder in both Queensland and New South Wales with over 40 years experience. He is a qualified Pre-Purchase Building Inspector in both NSW and QLD and has been conducting inspections for properties in Northern NSW for over 15 years. His professional career in construction commenced when he was apprenticed as a Carpenter, and holds licences in Carpentry, Joinery, Structural Landscaping and is also a qualified Builder and Building Supervisor. Bruce remains active in the building industry and has constructed not only residential homes and multi-level residential properties but also numerous types of commercial constructions.
