Over the past few years St Andrews Constructions has worked on several projects for our complex. Renovations, extensions to the main office and laundry, maintenance and repair works.. Fantastic business, easy to communicate with and very courteous and polite staff towards our in house guests. Our new outdoor living areas are the new hub of our family home. Adam Hoogenhout built our back deck and front porch which required the construction of custom staircases. Both are fabulous. We highly recommend A&M Hoogenhout Constructions if you are after a Sunshine Coast residential builder. Adam suggested the best materials to use in the constructions of the decks and staircases so he and his team built a deck that was of the highest quality. He also provided invaluable design advice.

"We were looking for a local architect to build us a house on a steep block in Buderim. In that selection process Chris suggested an initial meeting on-site to understand how we thought about the block and our initial thoughts for our requirements. We also wanted to have active involvement in the project. From that discussion we were impressed with Chris - he listened to us and had a professional and pragmatic approach to his thinking. The agreed architectural brief was for Chris to provide sketch design, detailed design and construction documentation services [for a fixed fee]. Throughout the design phases Chris provided many document versions for our comment at meetings and on-line; this process was both collaborative and very enjoyable. The end result is a house that met the brief, is easy to live in, is effectively a one-level house despite the steep site and takes advantage of the views and prevailing breezes.
