Founder of Slow Coaching Co. Nikki Tiedeman is a mindfulness slow-life coach and teacher of meditation and yoga. She works with successful professionals, forming a close partnership as she enables them to shift from surviving to thriving in life as they navigate life transitions and move toward their dream life creation. She is passionate about radiating the deliciousness of the slow life in turn helping others to quit burnout, the grind culture and busy-ness of today's world and regain balance in life. She believes in being kinder to each other but most importantly ourselves as well as in celebrating eccentricity and individuality. Via her coaching, teaching and open sharing of the wellness practices that enrich her life, she hopes to bring life her values and her vision of normalising and prioritising the caring of our mental wellbeing.
