5 stars is not enough for the outstanding service provided to us. The clutch in our car broke down Saturday afternoon, we organised for HDMS to pick it up Monday morning and the vehicle was repaired Tuesday afternoon!! Excellent customer service and great feedback. Very genuine and caring people. Can't recommend them highly enough. The telephone diagnosis and quote was spot on with no hidden extras.

Jessica says her car's aircon turned out to be a major issue and Adam fixed it at a reasonable price. Highly recommended. Since Adam wouldn't risk her driving the car before it gets serviced, he let her borrow his car for the day to take her kids to the new slides in the bay. He ordered the part needed, got it for a good price, and had it delivered to the shop within a few hours. She received exceptional service, thanks to Adam.

Broken down with steam coming out the bonnet in my Ranger towing a trailer with a car on 35klms Nth of Gin Gin the owner encouraged me to get towed into civilization and be safe. 1st great call, road house across the road and a comfortable sleep in the car for the night. Next morning with a workshop full of booked in vehicles the boys spent 5 hrs as a priority to order and replace my thermostat flush the cooling system and get me back on the road. The teams diagnoses of my overheating issue was spot on and i was back on the road by midday. Can not be more happy and grateful for the great service.
