We went looking for a flat pack at some of the big hardwares and wasnt happy with what we saw. Spoke to QKB and they were happy to come and do a plan and gave us some great ideas. Our preassembled flat pack arrived and we were able to install it with ease, and saved us $$$. Very happy

We had Kurt renovate our bathroom last year. Very happy with the result. His attention to detail and communication is exceptional. We have booked him in to do our laundry this year.

Chris has just completed our new kitchen bench tops and Yvonne and I couldn’t be happier. We bought a 750mm vanity with frosted glass top from the display in the Noosa store. The price was clearly shown in large type. When presented with the invoice it was a higher price. I asked why and was told to look at the fine print on the ticket. This to me is dishonest. Then when I had it installed by the plumber the drawers and door were not parallel and even with adjustment of the door hinges it still looks bad. I returned to the store and showed pictures and was told to speak to the store manager who “might” come out to look at it”. I’m an architect and not impressed. My plumber told me he doesn’t know any plumbers Who buy there. I won’t return.
