I recently made inquiries to have gutter guard installed at my home, I chose Leaf Stopper and was subsequently contacted by Newcastle Plumbing Kings. An appointment was made for a quote to be done, I was contacted by Zac from Newcastle Plumbing Kings to say he was on his way. Zac measured and gave me a quote, we discussed colors and the decision was made to go ahead, Zac was very knowledgeable about the product. The installation was scheduled for Monday 26 July, the night before Zac messaged me to say that he would be at my home first thing the next morning. Zac and Logan arrived and got to work, the job was completed without any problems. Both of these young men were polite and efficient. I recently made inquiries to have gutter guard installed at my home, I chose Leaf Stopper and was subsequently contacted by Newcastle Plumbing Kings. An appointment was made for a quote to be done, I was contacted by Zac from Newcastle Plumbing Kings to say he was on his way. Zac measured and gave me a quote, we discussed colors and the decision was made to go ahead, Zac was very knowledgeable about the product. The installation was scheduled for Monday 26 July, the night before Zac messaged me to say that he would be at my home first thing the next morning. Zac and Logan arrived and got to work, the job was completed without any problems. Both of these young men were polite and efficient. When you deal with a company that gives you excellent service from the initial contact until the work is completed you know you made the right decision.
