Hi We reside in Melbourne, and have property's in Newcastle, when something goes wrong....1 phone call and its fixed guarenteed, no ifs or buts and at a good rate. We totally recommend their services, nothing they could not fix. After hours emergency is super fast and reliable ! I needed a plumber quickly and Murphy Plumbing was able to come that day and assess the problem. They then returned promptly and worked around our builders and completed the job in time. We had a leaking toilet and we didn't want to waste any more water. I called them and we had a plumber arrive within the hour. Our plumber identified and fixed the problem immediately. Highly recommend, after phoning was advised Plumber would arrive in 1 hour, actually arrived 20 minutes after calling, was polite and worked efficiently getting the job completed within 1 hour. Office staff very friendly and helpful, I would not hesitate to use again, excellent service.

Another plumbing company was treating me like an idiot, so I called Murphy Plumbing on a recommendation. They put a plumber on the phone to talk to me about the hot water system and had someone out within the hour. They charged for the whole job, not double call outs.
