“Recently had an alternator failure while on holidays. Phoned Bittkau Auto Care to see if they could help us the next day. They sourced a new alternator while on the phone. Dropped vehicle in at 9am the next morning, was ready by 2pm. As we are in the automotive industry ourselves, we can appreciate the prompt service, and the price was very reasonable.”

Out of nowhere I had an incessant beeping coming from my CX5 whenever I reversed, I dropped past All Coast to try and book the car in for repair & Bodhi was able to fix it on the spot within 5 minutes. Gavan Johnson MechanicalExcellent experience, reliable, prompt, friendly and kind and will go above and beyond. I 100% recommend Todd and his team at Browns Autobahn! The experience well exceeded my expectations. My car's air con stopped working and I had already called 4 places who all said they couldn't fit me in for between 2 and 3 weeks. I'm 8 months pregnant and it's unbearable to have to drive in 37 degree heat in summer without air con. I came across Browns Autobahn, gave them a call and Todd told me they'd fit me in the very next morning! They re-gassed the car completely fixing the air con issue but also gave the car back in much better condition than when it arrived. The small touches like vacuuming the front seat floors and washing the outside before giving the car back didn't go unnoticed. It's these kinds of experiences that create a loyal customer base and I will definitely be back and recommending them to others :) Such a brilliant service overall 🙌
