We practice board breaking, as well as punching and kicking exercises to ensure our students are mentally and physically tough, whilst teaching discipline. At Hunter Valley Karate we teach all ages, and will help you every step of the way through your journey to black belt, though the journey doesn't stop there. Our qualified instructors have been training for many years and are well equipped to teach you and your whole family the Karate martial art.
