Goonellabah Sports & Aquatic Centre provides safe, fun and affordable swimming lessons and gym membership to residents throughout the Northern Rivers region. Our swim school, Swimsations, offers programmes for children aged 6-months-old, to competitive squad swimmers. We also have a 24-hour gym, which is housed with a large range of equipment, along with more than 40 group fitness classes per week�staying fit and healthy has never been so much fun! Bring the whole family for a day at our swimming and fitness centre�we even have an in-house cr̬che where you can leave you children knowing they are being well-looked after while you train. We offer heated water 12 months of the year with Tweed Heads South and Murwillumbah being fully indoors. The team at TRAC are the leaders in providing quality lessons in learn to swim. Our learn-to-swim programme is accredited by both Austswim and Swim Australia. We offer programmes such as deep water running, gentle aqua exercise, aquaerobics and yoga. In Murwillumbah, we also offer a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool to assist those with disabilities, injury or degenerative conditions. We offer a broad range of swimming squads across all pools and pride ourselves on delivering a quality service to the community. All pools are maintained to NSW Health Department standards and are endorsed by the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia. So much more than just swimming.
