About Tweed Regional Aquatic Centres Kingscliff

We offer heated water 12 months of the year with Tweed Heads South and Murwillumbah being fully indoors. The team at TRAC are the leaders in providing quality lessons in learn to swim. Our learn-to-swim programme is accredited by both Austswim and Swim Australia. We offer programmes such as deep water running, gentle aqua exercise, aquaerobics and yoga. In Murwillumbah, we also offer a state-of-the-art hydrotherapy pool to assist those with disabilities, injury or degenerative conditions. We offer a broad range of swimming squads across all pools and pride ourselves on delivering a quality service to the community. All pools are maintained to NSW Health Department standards and are endorsed by the Royal Life Saving Society of Australia. So much more than just swimming.

This was a great place to take the kids for a few hours. A slide and diving boards. Kids had heaps of fun.

Cannot fault the facilities at all, they are great at this centre and there is something for everyone. Such a nice place in a small country town. They have lovely clean pools, slides, diving pool and hydro pool, good clean changing rooms. I did however find the staff not so friendly and not very accomodating, which is a shame.

This pool has everything I need - 6 x 25 m outdoor lanes, friendly staff, often plenty of free lanes and excellent showers. It has a smaller indoor pool which I gather is used for teaching babies and toddlers and other activities, eg aqua aerobics. Schools often use a few lanes but there's a white board, kept up-to-date for when lanes are in use. Saturday is probably the busiest day in the good weather, lots of children having lessons and others having fun.
