Selected a diffuser to purchase. Sales lady said there was no box as it was last one in stocks. Couldn't find the manual or paperwork as the boss told them to throw the boxes of display items. So I wasn't allowed to purchase it, but she left it on display. Very unhelpful.
Generally I have had no problem with this company in the past. This time vastly difference experience. I was told they had the part in stock and that they needed the drier In their workshop to complete the changeout of the brushes and clean. So I booked in a time that suited them (and foolishly made the assumption it would be done within a couple of days since they had the parts.). Collected February 1st. I rang February 8 and was told it was not started as the tech was out on a bigger job. I rang back on the 10th and was told it had not been started. I rang back today to see how it was progressing on to find it has finished, but they cannot deliver it back until February 16.
Before you get this mob to do anything, Get a firm finishing date. The phone manner of a few of the staff members was such that they were not too concerned with the inconvenience. Add to that, if I had a way to collect the item, I could get it back myself. I bet they expect a quick payment for their service.
