Asked them to come out and inspect our ac's as we have had issues from day one of institution. We were referred to them by the supplier.  They said they could not attend for 2 weeks. They then called out of the blue with no appointment to see if we were home, we organised for the next day, as we were out. They conducted an external visual inspection and said that one just needed a clean. I asked about my other concerns as we had had issues from day one and they said there was no point checking. I asked them to book the clean in urgently as we could not use it and he said someone would call Monday. After no call I then called them on Tuesday only to get voice mail. On Wednesday they called me and said they couldn't get there until a week Thursday. I said it was to long and their service was poor and I'd book another person. For the first time he then mentioned there was a call out fee of $90 odd dollars. I asked why I wasted told this originally. I would not use them again.
