I rang Ian to have a correction made to our ducted air-con system. Within two days the job had been logged in, parts provided and completed by well mannered and proficient staff who not only did the job required but cleaned the filters as an extra. Coffs Air Supply originally installed the system. Can't recommend Ian and his firm enough.

Don’t bother with any other company for air conditioning. We cannot express our gratitude to them for their speedy service and installation. Mark and Louise really care about their customers. Mark and Darren left both inside and out spotless you wouldn’t know they had been there. Seriously don’t bother with the rest.

Hi Peter - what a great crew you are. My new air conditioning unit was installed this week and I must commend the boys on the manner in which they carried out their duties. They were courteous, efficient tradesmen and also showed consideration for working around a fussy old lady and more importantly her dog. The work area was left immaculate and all the packaging, rubbish and old unit were taken away for me. I hope I don't have to replace the unit again - this is a till death do us part job this time, but if I do TRS will certainly be my choice of provider. One very happy customer Thank You.
