Pete and his team are awesome. They listened to my needs, quoted me a fair price and were highly professional. I will be getting them back to clean & maintenance my aircon and the nice young lady put me on a schedule so I don’t even have to think about it. 5/5 stars!

A great experience from start to finish. Very professional service from the technician that came out to do the work- on time, friendly and hard working. The admin lady, I believe her name was Crystal, was a pleasure- always keep me in the loop with calls or texts and followed up after. Highly recommend the team at TRS!

2hours late, stayed 20minutes, invoiced $185, left the place dirty, used our hose, didn't put it back. Totally unprofessional. We used the company a few years back, had an older guy very thorough. Will not recontact this company in the future

Hi Peter - what a great crew you are. My new air conditioning unit was installed this week and I must commend the boys on the manner in which they carried out their duties. They were courteous, efficient tradesmen and also showed consideration for working around a fussy old lady and more importantly her dog. The work area was left immaculate and all the packaging, rubbish and old unit were taken away for me. I hope I don't have to replace the unit again - this is a till death do us part job this time, but if I do TRS will certainly be my choice of provider. One very happy customer Thank You.

Aggressive. When I said that the filters on the air con where cleaned out a month ago I was told that I may look young but I've been doing this 20 years and that I know when someone is trying to pull the wool over my eyes.
