Booked a last minute international trip and cruise with Ruan and I honestly wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. She took the overwhelm away and organised everything from flights to transfers and extra tips to look out for. The travel app was a nice touch which saved me from printing all of my documents and having everything in one place. She kept in touch through the whole process.
