Booked a last minute international trip and cruise with Ruan and I honestly wouldn’t have been able to do it without her. She took the overwhelm away and organised everything from flights to transfers and extra tips to look out for. The travel app was a nice touch which saved me from printing all of my documents and having everything in one place. She kept in touch through the whole process. Won’t be booking another trip without her assistance. Highly recommend!

I have just returned from the most magical trip to South Africa and have Ruan Ross to thank for that. From the first phone call Ruan was nothing but professional and helpful in every way with booking my flights and hotels. Ruan was very helpful, highly knowledgeable and highly responsive to our requests. Ruan offered us some great options for our holiday which can be customised further to suit individual needs and was further able to assist with specific itinerary and changes. She took care of everything from leaving to go to the airport to coming home and everything in-between, including personal tour guides and drivers, day trips, hotels, shuttle buses, river cruises, the list goes on. Iwould highly recommend anyone that wants a customised holiday to book with Ruan.

I booked my recent overseas trip with Ruan, she was extremely professional, friendly, honest, quick at replying and was not put off by my many many questions. I shift work and she was very accommodating to chat at a time that suited me. I had not travelled much and had a multitude of questions / was pretty anxious. Ruan made me feel at ease, excited for my trip and I had the absolute best time. She gave me a lot of information prior to booking and everything was arranged to exactly how I wanted. I will happily book my next adventures with her. :) From one very happy customer.

Ruan helped me plan and book a fantastic holiday for my 50th birthday to Tasmania. She arranged a great deal for all the accommodation, car hire and gave me plenty of advice and hot tips on what to see and do, as I’d never been before, and to make the most of my trip in the time I had available. I will definitely book through her again.
