The living room has a TV and DVD player. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher and microwave and full-size oven. A separate laundry with washing machine and dryer is located on the ground level. The gardens include a large in-ground salt water swimming pool with an adjacent BBQ area with tables and chairs. Each house has parking for 2 cars. The houses are completely private and peaceful in a natural bush setting with no adjacent housing, with a private path to the beach, which is only 120m away.
