There are activities such as craft days, morning teas, movie days which are organized by residents and everyone is welcome to join in. Situated 5 minutes away from Sunny Sawtell's cafes, beaches and Clubs were lawn Bowls seems to be a favorite amongst many residents. These resident groups play an important role in our village life. All relocatable homes within the Park are owner occupied.. Homes may not be bought to be rented out to a third party. All tenancies are for a maximum of one to two people only and at least one person named on the Tenancy agreement must be over the age of 55. Family and friends may stay and visit however visits must be limited to two weeks at any one time, with no more than six weeks per year in total.
