“We eat at the GBT at least once a week and have never been disappointed. Good quality food and prices. The staff are very good. Had an issue with the scallops which was rectified with no fuss. The young lad who served us handled it very well and was very pleasant. Wish I knew his named. He is a real asset to the hotel.”
