For more than two years, I have been attending the Inflow Caloundra studio and it’s been a highlight of my new life on the Sunshine Coast. The community vibe here is awesome and like nothing I’ve experienced anywhere else. But aside from the wonderful connections I’ve made, my focus for the past year has been on improving my technique. To that end, I’ve found all instructors at Inflow to be totally dedicated professionals who guide everyone in how to perform each posture correctly and who take the time to explain how to get there. I’m so grateful to Carla, Jules, Leah, Clare and the rest of the team for making my fitness journey so enjoyable as well as helping me to achieve excellent results. I can’t recommend this studio highly enough!

Really sad that it effected me so much that my body was judged by one of the owners. I thought it was a safe place but overhearing some comments really hurt. Do better. Took me a couple of months to have the courage to say something.

I would highly recommend Inflow Pilates & Wellness to anyone looking to increase their muscular and core strength. My classes with Inflow Pilates are the highlight of my week. The instructors ensure that every move you do is safe with the correct form, and each class is different.
