I am beyond disappointed with the disastrous experience my daughter had at Tokunai Hair. We visited the salon for a hair colour and cut, (this was her first time having her hair done). What transpired was nothing short of a nightmare. The stylist not only completely botched the colour, leaving it uneven and far from the shade we had discussed, but the cut was also choppy and unflattering. The lack of attention to detail and disregard for our preferences was evident throughout the appointment. My daughter came home in tears, feeling insecure and unhappy with her hair, which breaks my heart as a parent. I strongly advise against entrusting this salon with your hair needs, as our experience was a complete disaster and has left a lasting negative impact..
