I was in today and was very impressed by the service. I was helped by a young lady (Selena) from the coffee machine department. I could tell she was flat out with customers, though dealt with the situation very professionally and when she was able to help me, gave me her full attention and product knowledge to help me make a decision about what machine was best for me. She was friendly and easy to talk to. Great service always makes for a pleasant experience!

Wonderful service from the lady in the AC section. She was so helpful and went out of her way to arrange the AC to be fitted ASAP due to my husband not being at all well. It was a weekend and I think her name was Belinda. Thank you for your help

Just bought a TV and DVD player. I asked for a Panasonic DVD player but was talked into a LG. It was marked on the shelf as $279, when I got home I realised I had been charged $299. Also, I checked and found I had been sold or talked into an obsolete model, it is no longer available. I have purchased from Good Guys before and I would have thought this type of behavior is not "good" for the Good Guys. Consideration should be given to more training for the staff.

I have had numerous dealings with Good Guys Kawana and find them amazing. They always go out of their way to help in any way and I couldn’t speak more highly of any retail Organization. Thank you.

CAUTION with 'offers'. I recently purchased a capsule coffee-machine from The Good Guys, and was offered a '$50 cash rebate for small appliances'. After seemingly ages trying to log on to get the refund, without success, I went back to the store only to be told that the offer 'didn't apply to coffee machines'. For $50 not worth taking the matter to the Authorities, but please be aware!

Turned up at time opening to purchase only to be told id have to come back in an hour and a half to pick up my purchase as the pick up area is not open until later in the morning. Lost my sale and wasted my time driving to the store and back. I even offered to carry it myself from the store but was denied. Surely if the store is open you should be able to purchase and take that purchase with you at the time of sale and not expect your customers to come back hours later. Guess they are trying to save money on wages for a storeman but lost my sale and future sales in the process. Badly done good guys . Won’t be returning .
