Returned after a couple of months away to find the back security door locked up and unable to open no matter what I tried. Henry from Burleigh Heads attended and had the lock workable in a few minutes. He lubricated the lock, adjusted the door’s alignment and other locking mechanisms. All working perfectly now thanks to Henry’s knowledge and skills and all just for the call-out. Bonus!

I had Terry’s Locksmiths on the Gold Coast replace a new key for my BMW thought they were going to have it for half a day but when we dropped it off Sonia had it done in half an hour. Awesome and friendly service!! Definitely the place to go for your locks.

Duane was excellent. My car had locked itself with the keys in the ignition. He arrived at my home in Helensvale about 15 minutes after I called and unlocked my door within 5 minutes of getting there. Very courteous and professional. Highly recommend if in urgent need of a locksmith.
