Totally ripped off by SPL My cameras went offline, I phoned for some advice and fixes, the only thing they could do was send out a technician at $220 Issue was fixed in 30 seconds, this could have been fixed over the phone, but no! Too money hungry and lack of good customer service. Shame on you SPL

6months ago I was able to get keys from them through my building which sent a form for ordering keys. The second time no contact. I no longer require keys I'll be getting a deadbolt.

Absolutely the worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with in all forms of business. Six trips and misinformation by the bucket load. All to get a replacement security fob when the “new” one didn’t work properly from day one. I had a new staff member deal with me with every trip to fix. If my building didn’t have an exclusive arrangement with this woeful company I’d never have anything to do with them . Pathetic
