Soul Centred Alignment

Soul Centred Alignment means to become more conscious of who you really are which enables you to find your soul purpose. It is the disconnect from our true self which causes pain and confusion. Through sessions with Renee, you will be assisted in a trauma informed way to breakthrough unhealthy or negative beliefs, and become aware of your conditioning from childhood and old patterns that are held in your subconscious mind. You will also learn the tools to truly manifest the life you have always wanted. Most importantly, you will realise how you get to design your own life instead of being a victim to suffering or the old patterns you once knew.
