Being an existing customer we returned to purchase two properties and what a terrible experience! I have summarised it below: - struggled to get a hold of anyone at the office having to either leave a message (which took at least a day min. before it was returned) or the phone ringing out - had to triple check everything I submitted to them due to constant errors being made throughout the conveyancing process - had to follow up on documents, clauses, etc. being received/ completed due to our conveyancer being too busy to chase up this information - conveyancing fees were $200 extra than quoted price for searches that weren't discussed prior to them being order - were charged for PEXA but then couldn't get access the app for settlement for either property - documents for one of the properties have only just been lodged with registry office now (1 month after settlement & conveyancer receiving payment) - poor customer service from Murwillumbah office despite all of the above errors.
