This feedback is interpreted by the facilitator and used to help support and direct your learning process. Our approach is not about trying to ‘fix you' or ‘solve' your perceived problems, rather, the horse and the facilitator are gently holding a safe space for you to explore more aspects of yourself. All participants are supported to develop important insights and awareness around their own practice as Leaders, Managers and Team Members. We then support the participants in actively exploring these insights through their own engagement with the horses. The result, is the participants can then directly embody these new insights and experiences, allowing them to gain trust in this new way of being. People often attend amazing professional development workshops only to go back to work and discover that nothing has changed.
