Advertised computer as new, computer was built with 12 year old parts. When contacted about it I was ghosted. Horrible business, horrible people. Do not EVER ever buy from them.

Bought a computer of them with "all the upgrades". It was supposed to be an "i7" processor and they sent me one with an "i3" processor. Also was supposed to have an external 3080 ti video card which never was installed, supplier and only has the onboard video which is completely useless for a gaming pc. I wish I had read other peoples reviews before dealing with this "company" seems it is just the same one man operator selling fake computers on ebay. Now I have to try and get my money back through paypal as the owner has ghosted me.

When our computer died we thought we had lost everything. The guys at shoaltech managed to retrieve all of our photos as well as other important documents. I would highly recommend them. Thank you.
