About Robina Family Dental Surgery

Located in the riverwalk precinct, our practice covers all facets of general and cosmetic dentistry. Our aim is to cultivate a friendly and relaxing atmosphere for you to enjoy while we meet your dental needs. Our staff are knowledgeable and happy to help, so if you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. Emergency appointments are made available on a daily basis. This practice utilises state of the art equipment & facilities. We have access to the HICAPS system that allows most health fund claims to be processed here on the spot, meaning you should only need to pay the �gap'. We are preferred providers for Medibank Private, MBF, BUPA & HCF. �Happy Gas' is also available if required. (Please let us know if you need this at the time you make your appointment - extra time does need to be allowed - extra charges do apply).

I could not speak highly enough of the service and experience at Jin Chan Dental Surgery that my family experienced lately. My son had to have a tooth removed and a plate put in. He was quite anxious about the whole thing but Jin and her team were so gentle with him. He barely whimpered and the next day had no pain, was even able to join in at the school disco and funday the very next day. Thanks again Jin, you really looked after my kids and Arabella is looking forward to coming to have her teeth checked soon! :)

Jin Chan Dental Surgery provided me with great service, the staff were courteous and made me feel comfortable. I wasn't in too much pain whilst getting my wisdom teeth pulled out. I've heard some horror stories so was pleased to walk out in minimal pain. Even a day later was feeling fine.

I've been visiting Dr Chan for close to 10 years. There is no need to be scared of this dentist. She is absolutely brilliant!!! Gentle, comforting, and does not overcharge. Highly recommend.

Like many I have a fear of dentists. Unlike many my fear borders on childish and psychotic. Thankfully Dr Chan and the staff recognised this immediately. They went out of their way to calm my nerves and when all else failed, filled me up with happy gas. I even got a sticker for my bravery afterwards and my own customised happy gas mask. Thank God for a dentist who takes NO delight in medieval torture and even managed to make me laugh. The receptionist was wonderful too. My only criticism is that they wouldn't let me take the happy gas bottle home with me. Perhaps I could suggest this as a optional extra?
